Data deletion

Effective 2026-11-05

You can ask us to delete your Cloudbrook account and data at any time, including accounts created with Google or Facebook sign-in.

Spa owners and staff

  1. Email [email protected] from the email or phone number you sign in with, subject “Delete my account”.
  2. Include your spa’s name and whether you want the whole spa deleted or only your own account.
  3. We delete within 30 days and confirm by email. When an owner deletes a spa, its bookings, client records and staff records are deleted with it.

Clients who booked with a spa

Your booking details are managed by the spa you booked with. Please contact the spa first, or email [email protected] with the spa’s name and your phone number and we will pass the request on and help delete it.

What we keep

Payment and billing records that the law requires us to keep are retained for the required period and then deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

你可以随时要求删除你在云水SPA智能预约（Cloudbrook）里的账户和数据，包括用 Google 或 Facebook 登录的账户。

店家（老板、前台、按摩师）

  1. 用你登录时用的邮箱或手机号，发邮件到 [email protected]，标题写“删除我的账户”。
  2. 写上店名，以及要删除整个店，还是只删除你个人的账户。
  3. 我们会在 30 天内删除，并回邮件确认。老板删除整个店时，店里的预约、客人资料、员工资料会一起删除。

来预约的客人

你的预约资料由预约的那家店管理。请先联系那家店；也可以发邮件到 [email protected]，写上店名和你的手机号，我们会转给店家并协助删除。

哪些会保留

法律要求保留的付款和账单记录会按法定期限保存，期满后删除。删除后的数据无法恢复。
